Delete Your Design Divine Account
You can permanently delete your Design Divine account and associated data at any time.
Delete Your Account in the App
1. Open Design Divine and sign in.
2. Open Profile.
3. Open Account or Account Information.
4. Select Delete Account.
5. Confirm the deletion.
When the request succeeds, deletion is immediate and you will be signed out. It removes your Design Divine authentication account and associated data, including profile information, projects, saved products, project and profile images, Room Styling photos, generated results and Styling History.

If you cannot access the app, email christiana@designdivine.com.au from the email address connected to your account with the subject Delete My Design Divine Account.
We may ask you to verify account ownership before completing the request. We will process verified requests as soon as reasonably possible and within any period required by applicable law.
Important Subscription Information
Deleting your account does not cancel an Apple App Store or Google Play subscription. Cancel Designer+ separately through the store where you purchased it.

Any unused Design Tokens associated with the deleted account will be permanently lost and cannot be restored.
Limited information may remain temporarily in encrypted backups or provider security logs until normal retention periods expire. We may retain information where required by law, fraud prevention, dispute resolution or enforcement obligations.

Design Divine Privacy Policy

Design Divine & Construction ("Design Divine", "we", "us" or "our") operates the Design Divine mobile application and related services (the "Service"). We are based in New South Wales, Australia.
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain and protect personal information when you use the Service.
1. Information We Collect
We may collect:
Account information: Your name, email address, account identifier and authentication method.
Profile information: Your profile photo, style preferences and other details you choose to provide.
Project information: Project names, project icons, notes, budgets, measurements, room details, saved products, receipts, progress images and other project content you add.
Room Styling information: Room photos, selected product images and links, room type, style direction, styling notes, generated results and Styling History.
Purchase information: Subscription status, purchased Design Token packs, transaction identifiers, storefront and entitlement information. Apple, Google and RevenueCat process payments. We do not receive your complete payment-card details.
Support communications: Information you provide when contacting us.
Technical information: Device, operating system, app version, IP address, authentication records and diagnostic or security information that may be processed by us or our service providers.
You may deny camera or photo-library access, but features requiring those permissions may not work.
2. How We Use Information
We use information to create, authenticate and manage your account.
We use information to save and synchronise your projects, preferences and Styling History.
We use information to process room photos and product references to provide Room Styling results.
We use information to provide subscriptions, Design Tokens and purchase restoration.
We use information to send account, security and service emails.
We use information to provide support and respond to requests.
We use information to maintain security, prevent abuse and troubleshoot the Service.
We use information to comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Use.
We do not sell personal information. We do not use uploaded room or product images to train our own models. We do not use personal information for third-party advertising.
3. Room Photos and Generated Results
When you use Room Styling, your room photo, selected product references and instructions are transmitted to our service providers to fulfil your request. OpenAI processes these materials to create the requested result.
After a result is created, Design Divine stores the original room photo and generated result securely in your Styling History so that you can view, save and manage them. They remain there until you delete the Styling History item or delete your account.
OpenAI states that API data is not used to train its models unless the API customer opts in. OpenAI may retain API abuse-monitoring data for up to 30 days unless a longer period is legally required. For more information, see OpenAI's published API data controls.
4. Service Providers
We disclose information only as necessary to providers that help operate the Service, including:
Supabase: Authentication, database, file storage and server functions.
OpenAI: Processing room and product images and creating Room Styling results.
RevenueCat: Subscription, entitlement and Design Token purchase management.
Apple and Google: Sign-in, app distribution and in-app purchases.
Resend: Transactional and account-related email delivery.
These providers may process information in countries other than your own. Their processing is also governed by their respective privacy terms. We require providers to protect information consistently with applicable law and the commitments in this policy.
The catalog may link to independent retailer websites. When you open or purchase from a retailer, that retailer's privacy policy applies. Design Divine does not currently receive affiliate commissions. If this changes, we will disclose it appropriately.
5. Retention
We retain account and Service information while your account remains active and as needed to provide the Service. Room photos and results remain in Styling History until you delete the relevant item or your account.
When you successfully delete your account, the deletion process immediately removes your authentication account and associated Design Divine data, including profile and project images, room photos and generated results. Some information may remain temporarily in encrypted backups or provider logs and will expire through normal retention cycles. We may retain limited information where required by law, to resolve disputes, prevent fraud or enforce agreements.
Deleting your Design Divine account does not automatically cancel an Apple App Store or Google Play subscription. You must manage or cancel the subscription through the store where it was purchased.
6. Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards, including encrypted network connections, access controls and private storage. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Children
The Service is not directed to children under 13. Users under the age of legal majority in their location should use the Service only with permission from a parent or legal guardian. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13 without appropriate consent, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.
8. Your Choices and Rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing of your personal information, or withdraw consent. You can update certain details in the app and delete individual Styling History items.
You can delete your account in the app through Profile > Account > Delete Account, or use our online account deletion page. You may also contact us using the details below.
Australian users may have rights under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles. Users elsewhere may have additional rights under local law.
9. International Availability
The Service is offered worldwide. By using it, you understand that information may be processed in Australia, the United States and other countries where our providers operate, subject to applicable safeguards.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy when our practices, features or legal obligations change. We will post the updated policy with a new effective date and provide additional notice where required.

Design Divine Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Design Divine mobile application and related services (the "Service"), provided by Design Divine & Construction, New South Wales, Australia ("Design Divine", "we", "us" or "our").
By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under the age of legal majority where you live, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information, protect your login credentials and promptly notify us of suspected unauthorised access. You are responsible for activity conducted through your account.
You may sign in using email and password, Apple or Google. Third-party sign-in services are governed by their own terms.
3. The Service
Design Divine provides tools for discovering products, organising design projects, saving references, managing styling ideas and creating Room Styling results from user-provided room photos and product references.
Features may change as the Service develops. We may add, modify, suspend or discontinue features where reasonably necessary. Features marked "Coming Soon" are not currently available and are not guaranteed to launch by a particular date.
4. Your Content
You retain ownership of photos, text, links and other content you submit ("User Content"). You grant Design Divine a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, copy, transmit, process, resize and display User Content solely as necessary to operate, secure and improve the Service and fulfil your requests.
You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed to upload User Content. You must not upload unlawful, infringing, deceptive, harmful or abusive material, or content that violates another person's privacy.
We may remove content or restrict access where reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect users or operate the Service safely.
5. Room Styling
Room Styling processes your room photo, selected product references and instructions to create a visual result. Results may vary and are provided as creative styling assistance. You are responsible for decisions made using a result and for confirming product availability, suitability and safety before purchase, installation or use.
You must not use Room Styling to process unlawful content or images that you do not have permission to use.
6. Catalog and External Retailers
The catalog contains product information and links to independent third-party retailers. Design Divine does not currently sell, stock, ship or fulfil catalog products.
Prices, availability, descriptions and retailer offers may change and should be confirmed on the retailer's website. Product purchases, delivery, returns, refunds, warranties and customer service are governed by the retailer's terms. Design Divine is not responsible for transactions between you and a retailer.
Discount codes are subject to retailer conditions and may change or expire without notice. Design Divine does not currently earn affiliate commissions. We may introduce affiliate relationships in the future and will disclose them where required.
7. Designer+ Subscription
Designer+ is an auto-renewing monthly subscription. The price shown in the app is localised by the Apple App Store or Google Play for your storefront. Current features and limits are displayed on the Store page before purchase.
Payment is charged to your store account when you confirm the purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled through Apple or Google before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel it in your store subscription settings.
Deleting the Design Divine app or your Design Divine account does not automatically cancel your store subscription. You remain responsible for cancelling it through Apple or Google. Refunds and billing disputes are handled by the store and are subject to its rules and applicable consumer law.
Designer+ access may also be granted promotionally for a limited period without creating a paid subscription.
8. Design Tokens
Design Tokens are consumable in-app purchases that provide additional eligible creations. One Design Token is consumed for one additional creation where indicated in the app.
Token pack prices are localised by Apple or Google. Designer+ members may be offered discounted token packs while their entitlement is active. Tokens have no cash value, cannot be transferred between accounts and cannot be exchanged for money. Tokens remain associated with the purchasing Design Divine account until used or the account is deleted, subject to applicable law.
Except where required by law or store policy, consumable purchases are final. Refund requests must be directed to Apple or Google.
9. Acceptable Use
You must not misuse, disrupt, overload or attempt to bypass the Service's security or limits.
You must not scrape the catalog or use automated systems without permission.
You must not reverse engineer the Service except where applicable law expressly permits it.
You must not impersonate another person or use the Service fraudulently.
You must not infringe intellectual property, privacy or other legal rights.
You must not resell accounts, subscriptions, Design Tokens or access to the Service.
10. Intellectual Property
The Service, branding, software, interface and original content supplied by Design Divine are owned by or licensed to Design Divine & Construction and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership to you.
Third-party product names, images, brands and trademarks belong to their respective owners. Their appearance does not imply ownership by Design Divine.
11. Account Suspension and Termination
You may stop using the Service or delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access where you materially breach these Terms, misuse the Service, create legal or security risk, or where required by law. Where reasonable, we will provide notice and an opportunity to address the issue.
Account deletion is permanent and removes associated Design Divine data as described in our Privacy Policy. It does not cancel external subscriptions.
12. Disclaimers
The Service is provided on an "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, retailer accuracy or that every feature will meet your particular requirements.
Nothing in these Terms excludes guarantees, rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Design Divine is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from use of the Service, third-party retailers or external services.
Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law. This section does not limit liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, personal injury caused by negligence or any liability that cannot legally be limited.
14. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information and forms part of these Terms.
15. Changes
We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the Service, law or business practices. We will post the revised Terms with an updated effective date and provide additional notice where required. Continued use after the change takes effect means you accept the revised Terms.
16. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, without excluding any mandatory protections available under the laws of your location.
